Michael is a brand strategist, creative director, and business consultant who is passionate about helping global enterprises leverage the power of branding to crystallize corporate positioning, launch differentiated products, improve business processes, and increase sales.

On the agency side, Michael was Creative Director and partner at firms in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Florida, where he led the development of major branding initiatives and award-winning campaigns. On the client side, he was the Director of Marketing for several global companies.

As a brand consultant, Michael develops and facilitates strategic BrandStart™ workshops, “brandstorming” sessions, creativity & innovation training, and corporate culture initiatives.

Helene is an expert in developing and executing strategic marketing communications programs, brand development initiatives, public relations campaigns, and media planning and buying. She is also an expert in qualitative and quantitative research, collateral development, and event coordination.

Helene's broad industry expertise includes advanced technology, manufacturing, business-to-business, and the service industry. 

On the agency side, Helene served as Vice President for several well-known Boston public relations firms that specialized in high technology – where she managed accounts in numerous markets including wireless, ERP and CRM, eHRM, incentive compensation, software, eBusiness, and portals.
